Frequently asked questions
How do I care for my beads?
They are fragile pieces of jewellery made from delicate glass beads, and so should be treated with respect. There is a care guide included in each order.
When will I get my order?
Orders will be shipped once a week. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but UK customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Venerable Beads are produced by hand in Manchester, UK
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you take commissions?
I love working on commissions when I have the capacity. Please get in touch via the Contact Form if you have an idea in mind. I am also able to reproduce earlier designs if you have seen one you like that is no longer available.
Can I stock your beads in my shop?
Please get in touch via the Contact Form if you are interested in stocking Venerable Beads.
Do you sell patterns?
I don't currently sell patterns for beaded peices. I take a lot of inspiration from antique embroidery, lace, and knitting charts, and have created a Pinterest board of these references that you may find interesting. You can access it here.
Please do not copy patterns directly from my work, especially not for resale. Respect the effort that goes into my research and design as an independent craftsperson.
